1. Material : Plastic wood and A3-typed carbon (Q235) steel

Plastic wood :120*120mm(square). This kind of material is  made of plastics and real wood. It can be insect-resistant , moistue-proof, antistatic , resistant to acid and alkali and at an advantage of fire prevention. 

A3-typed carbon steel:

Main column: 100*100*3mm(square)

5. The method of usage:

Usage one: Two players push the reel at different sides, compare physical strength to exercise muscles of upper limbs

Usage two: One player push the reel at one side to exercise muscles of upper limbs

 

6. Application place:in city park, amusement park, recreation ground, residential park, uptown park, leisure place, activity center, square, school or university park, as well as fitness park.

8. Notice: 

First, do not exercise too hard. If you used to take part in sports activities, you can increase amount of exercise suitably. Usually, pulse less than 110  times per minute is good.It should not be more than 120 times per minute at most.

Second, do 10 or 15 minutes' warmingup exercises before your training. This can prevent from hurting your neck, waist and nurse.

Third, do some coolingdown exercise after your training. People will get telangiectasia after training. The blood in the distal body cannot retain back to heart if you sitting motionless. Then you will fell oppressed. Old ages who are suffering hypertension and heart disease should take a walk  for 10 minutes.

Four, master the motion time. Old friends take exercise at best for 40 minutes, not less than 30 minutes and not more than 1 hour.
