8. Notice:
First, do not exercise too hard. If you used to take part in sports activities, you can increase amount of exercise suitably. Usually, pulse less than 110 times per minute is good.It should not be more than 120 times per minute at most.
Second, do 10 or 15 minutes' warmingup exercises before your training. This can prevent from hurting your neck, waist and nurse.
Third, do some coolingdown exercise after your training. People will get telangiectasia after training. The blood in the distal body cannot retain back to heart if you sitting motionless.
