 1. Material:  plastic wood and A3-typed carbon steel (Q235)

Plastic wood: 120*120*1300mm.  

A3-typed carbon steel:

Main column:100*100*3mm(square)

Secondary pipes: 42*3mm and 32*3mm(diameter is 60mm or 32mm and 3mm thick)

5. The method of usage:

Step one: Grasp the handrails

Step two: Back against the massage wheel

Step three: Massage your back lengthways or crosswise  circularly

8. Notice:

First, do not exercise too hard. If you used to take part in sports activities, you can increase amount of exercise suitably. Usually , pulse less than 110  times per minute is good.It should not be more than 120 times per minute at most.

Second, do 10 or 15 minutes' warmingup exercises before your training. This can prevent from hurting your neck, waist and nurse.

Third, do some coolingdown exercise after your training. People will get telangiectasia after training. The blood in the distal body cannot retain back to heart if you sitting motionless. Then you will fell oppressed. Old ages who are suffering hypertension and heart disease should take a walk  for 10 minutes.
